Dr Suparna Pal completed her PhD from Centre for Development Studies (CDS), Trivandrum (Jawaharlal Nehru University). Her PhD has significant contribution for GDP estimation of Health sector. She was awarded MPhil in Development Studies from Institute of Development Studies Kolkata (Calcutta University). She has work experience in the areas of Health Financing, programme evaluation etc. She has research interest in the areas of Health Economics, National Income Accounting, Human development, Gender and other development issues.
